Cashier

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to handle customer billing and payment transactions at our automobile dealership. The role involves managing cash, card, and digital payments, issuing receipts, maintaining daily cash records, and ensuring accurate financial transactions in coordination with the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer payments including cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers
• Generate invoices, receipts, and refund vouchers accurately
• Maintain daily cash collections, payment registers, and reconciliation reports
• Ensure proper documentation for vehicle sales, service bills, accessories, and insurance payments
• Deposit cash and cheques as per company policy
• Coordinate with Accounts and Service teams for billing clarifications
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company financial controls
• Assist during audits by providing required records
• Ensure courteous interaction with customers and resolve billing-related queries

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience
• 1–2 years of cashier experience (automobile dealership preferred)
• Basic knowledge of accounting and billing software
• Proficiency in MS Excel and POS systems
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer-handling skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
