Job Description

1.     Customer Transactions: Operate cash registers, POS systems, or other payment processing equipment. Handle cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments, and other forms of payment. Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets as needed. 2.     Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and answer questions about products, prices, or store policies. Handle customer complaints or refer them to a supervisor. Assist with bagging or packaging purchases. 3.     Cash Handling and Reconciliation: Count cash in the drawer at the beginning and end of shifts. Ensure correct cash balances and report discrepancies. Safely handle and deposit cash according to store procedures. 4.     Store Maintenance: Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and fully stocked (bags, receipt paper, etc.). Report any technical issues with the register
