To make physical inspection of the merchandise by measuring, weighing, or counting them to ascertain that goods are actually received and subsequently charged for . 3. Responsible to move accepted products to steerage areas immediately to minimize theft. Responsible to inform the department concerned when goods are rejected due to wrong deliveries or different specification/standard. 4. Responsible to ensure that the movement of goods arriving is smooth and efficient as not to cause any bottlenecks. Responsible to ensure the cleanliness of the receiving and storage area by liaising with the housekeeping department whenever cleaning is required 5. Responsible to assist in the scheduled stocktaking initiated by Finance Manager. 6. Responsible to ensure month end stocktaking and adhere to the procedures specified.
