Accounts Officer

You will be responsible for managing the fee structure and fee software for different programs. This includes interacting with students and parents on a routine basis, and ensuring fee recovery from late fee students. You will also be in charge of timely fee deposition in the bank, including cash, cheques, and DDs. Additionally, you will manage PDCs and ensure their timely deposition and posting. Verifying calculation and processing of left out students will be part of your responsibilities, along with cash reconciliation with accounts and the bank. You may need to champion the entire student cycle when required, which includes prospecting, counseling, admission, orientation, support, satisfaction, retention, and productivity. Coordinating with other centers in the region and liaising with the Head Office in Delhi for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes, and other offers will also be expected. Furthermore, handling some assigned administrative responsibilities is part of this role. It is essential to review and track key metrics regularly and generate various reports. You will need to ensure the closure of any pending transactions on a FIFO basis. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to influence, convince, and persuade, along with being highly committed and sincere. Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships are crucial. A minimum of 2+ years of experience is required for this role.
