As a Cashier cum Store Manager at No Labels located in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in overseeing both cashiering and store management duties. Your responsibilities will include achieving sales targets through proactive customer engagement, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing store operations, inventory, visual merchandising, compliance, and team collaboration. In terms of sales and customer engagement, you will be expected to upsell and cross-sell products, deliver exceptional customer service, and assist customers in styling outfits. It will also be your responsibility to maintain accurate transaction processing, records of stock movements, and coordinate with the inventory team. Furthermore, you will need to update visual merchandising displays, ensure cleanliness and organization in the store, and enhance the store's aesthetic appeal. Your role will also involve compliance tasks such as conducting audits, providing necessary documentation, and submitting accurate sales reports. Collaboration with team members, participation in training programs, and ensuring seamless coordination with other departments will be key aspects of your job. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in retail sales, store management, and cashier roles, preferably in clothing or e-commerce stores, along with strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
