Location: Kamla Nagar, Agra

Working Hours: 11:30 AM – 10:30 PM

Salary – up to 15000/- Per Month

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Cashier to join our post office located in Kamla Nagar, Agra. The ideal candidate will handle daily cash transactions, assist customers with postal services, and maintain accurate financial records throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately at the counter.
• Issue receipts, bills, and necessary documentation for postal services.
• Assist customers with queries related to postage, forms, and service charges.
• Maintain daily cash register reports and balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
• Process parcel bookings, money orders, and other postal transactions.
• Ensure proper handling of confidential customer information.
• Keep the counter area clean, organized, and compliant with operational standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a cashier or customer service executive (preferred).
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of computers and digital payment systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high customer traffic professionally.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.
• Ability to work long shifts and maintain accuracy under pressure.
