Job Title: Cashier – Cafe ( Female Preferred )

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, presentable, and customer-focused Cafe Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle cash and billing operations efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Handle cash, card, UPI, and digital payments responsibly
• Generate bills and maintain daily cash records
• Assist customers with menu details and offers
• Ensure the billing counter is clean and organized
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth order processing
• Resolve customer queries and complaints politely
• Follow cafe policies, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good verbal communication skills in English and local language
• Pleasant personality with well-groomed and presentable appearance
• Customer-friendly attitude and positive behavior
• Basic knowledge of billing systems or POS software
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Experience:

• Minimum 0–2 years of experience as a cashier or in customer service (cafe/restaurant experience preferred)
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
