Cash Management Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Prepare and present management information system (MIS) reports to provide insights into financial performance and cash flow.
• Manage and resolve issues related to Technology like API integrations with company, including communication with banks and customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with banking partners and ensure all banking documentation is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
• Oversee the management of 64 VB (Verification of Business) processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Account for and analyze bank charges to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Technology, Strategic Partnership to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and support various fin tech activities
• Handling queries and concerns of respective profile and of team as well being back up like on mails and tickets

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA)
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in finance or accounts.
• Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation processes and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the insurance / Banking / Fin Tech industries
• Good English and Hindi Communication
