Key responsibilities Establish and maintain effective working customer relationships (Internal/External) Preparing AR aging report for customer payments follow up Chasing clients for outstanding and obtain receipt advice for collected/received amount Actively lead the reduction of accounts receivables Obtain/follow up for TDS certificate from the Customers for TDS deducted on Sales Invoices Perform customer account reconciliations including the direction/application of unapplied credits/cash Identify and escalate defined uncollectible accounts and provision related to bad debts Act as a contact point for AR specific policies and processes Any other work related to the cash and collection team Good Communication Skills Good Command of Excel Reporting (desirable) Who are we looking for Critical Skills: Fluent English is essential Other requirements: Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills Assertive and diplomatic approach Flexibility, proactive approach, self-motivated A commitment to provide excellent customer service Good interpersonal skills Diverse by nature and inclusive by choice Bright ideas come from all of us.
