Cash Administrator

Role Overview: As a Cash Administrator at RINA in Mumbai within the Regional Finance Management Division, your mission is to contribute to executing and optimizing the company's cash management activities. You will play a crucial role in maintaining optimal liquidity, ensuring efficient fund movement, and providing key insights for strategic decision-making through effective cash flow management. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor daily cash positions of company bank accounts. - Analyze and report on cash flow patterns to support decision-making. - Manage and review documentation for accessing banking services. - Handle the opening and closing of company bank accounts. - Collaborate with financial institutions, investors, and underwriters. - Assist in managing hedging contracts and derivatives under the Treasury Director's guidance. - Implement and manage cash concentration and pooling structures for liquidity optimization. - Facilitate fund transfers, wire transactions, and other cash-related activities. - Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls. - Contribute to mitigating financial risks associated with cash management activities. - Generate and analyze reports for internal stakeholders on cash management. - Provide regular updates on cash positions and liquidity status. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance Management, or related field. - 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in finance, treasury, or cash management. - Good understanding of financial principles, accounting procedures, and cash flow management. - Knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and financial software. - Familiarity with treasury management systems and relevant technologies. - Ability to understand and manage financial risks like interest rate, currency, and liquidity risks.
