Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Development & Client Acquisition

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for leasing commercial, retail, residential spaces, industrial & warehouse.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and property consultants.
• Generate leads through networking, market research, and cold calls.
• Prepare and present proposals to potential tenants and clients.

Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market studies to understand rental trends, demand, and competitor analysis.
• Identify potential tenants based on property type and location.
• Recommend pricing strategies and leasing models based on market data.

Leasing Strategy & Negotiation

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and contract clauses with tenants.
• Coordinate with the legal team for drafting and finalizing lease agreements.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with tenants to ensure renewals and minimize vacancy.
• Address tenant queries, grievances, and coordinate for issue resolution.
• Ensure tenant satisfaction to build goodwill and referrals.

Coordination with Internal Teams

• Work closely with marketing, legal, finance, and operations teams to support leasing activities.
• Coordinate with project and facility management teams for property readiness and handover.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of all leads, negotiations, and finalized deals.
• Prepare regular reports on leasing status, pipeline, and revenue projections.
• Track lease expiry dates and plan for timely renewals.

Marketing & Promotion

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials and campaigns.
• Participate in property expos, networking events, and client meetings to promote properties.

Financial Responsibilities

• Ensure leasing targets and budgets are met.
• Support management in achieving profitability and occupancy goals.
