Casagrand Premier Builder Ltd. is a leading real estate developer renowned for its

commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a dynamic and

experienced Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our residential

projects.

Job Summary:

The Facility Manager will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of all

facility-related operations, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for

our residents. This role requires a strong understanding of facility management principles,

excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Management:
  • Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Manage maintenance contracts and service providers.
  • Monitor and control maintenance budgets.
  • Handling the technical operation of STP, WTP, Fire Fighting, Lifts, DG ,etc.
  • Handling the Soft service operation of Housekeeping, Security , Pest

Control, Landscape,App management, etc

Facility Operations:

  • Manage day-to-day facility operations, including cleaning, landscaping, and

waste management.

  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for various facility services.
  • Ensure efficient utility management and cost control.
  • Develop and implement emergency preparedness plans.

Tenant Relations:

  • Respond to tenant requests and complaints in a timely and professional

manner.

  • Foster positive relationships with residents and maintain a high level of

customer satisfaction.

  • Manage tenant move-in and move-out processes.

Budget Management:

  • Prepare and manage facility budgets, tracking expenditures and identifying

cost-saving opportunities.

  • Monitor and control facility expenses within budget constraints.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in the real estate

or property management industry.

  • Strong knowledge of facility maintenance practices, building codes, and safety

regulations.

  • Proven track record in managing maintenance budgets and contracts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should have experience in Soft and Technical Services.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in managing large-scale residential projects.
  • Knowledge of green building and sustainability practices.
  • Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
