Job Description

Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new customers for CASA accounts and other liability products. Generate leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling. Conduct field sales activities to meet customers and understand their needs. Complete account opening formalities, ensuring compliance with KYC norms. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase cross-selling opportunities. Understand customer needs and financial goals to recommend appropriate products and services. Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly. Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for CASA accounts and other financial products. Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement. Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into paying customers. Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell other financial products and services, such as loans, investments, and insurance. Engage customers with multiple products at the time of account opening (e.g., mobile banking, net banking, FD/RD activation). Other Tasks: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and trends. Prepare and maintain daily activity/sales reports. Adhere to banking regulations and procedures.
