Job Title: Carpenter

Overview:
Responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. Ensures accuracy, durability, and adherence to project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and materials.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials using hand and power tools.
• Install frameworks, doors, windows, flooring, cabinets, and other wooden structures.
• Inspect and repair existing frameworks or structures as required.
• Ensure work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter or in a related construction role.
• Proficiency in using carpentry tools, equipment, and materials.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and measurements.
• Physical stamina, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.
• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a carpentry apprenticeship preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.

Work Conditions:
May involve indoor and outdoor environments, varying weather conditions, and physical labor including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
