Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role based in Ludhiana. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures made of wood, wood substitutes, or other materials. Daily tasks include using hand and power tools, completing framing and finish carpentry work, and ensuring safe and efficient project execution while meeting high-quality standards. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with others on site.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Carpentry with knowledge of both Framing and Finish Carpentry
• Experience using Hand Tools and Power Tools safely and effectively
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality craftsmanship
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks as required
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
