Carline (Product lifecycle management) Project Management & Model Planning

You will be responsible for leading multiple product development projects, including deciding the direction for model development and guiding the team through execution. You will need to understand customer requirements and provide supporting evidence for project approvals to management. Reporting on the status of product development to management and fostering team building will also be key aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in the automobile industry and assess their impact on MSIL models. Hands-on experience in engineering, testing, or planning is essential, along with a solid technical understanding of vehicle systems and subsystems. Knowledge of IBOM, ECN/Drawing, part development processes, and manufacturing plants will be beneficial. A strong grasp of the MSIL model development process is also required. In addition to technical competencies, you should possess behavioral traits such as being fast, flexible, a team player, creative, and maintaining a positive attitude with a willingness to adapt. Good interpersonal skills, a car driving license (essential), and a Rohtak test track license (desirable) are also necessary for this role. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel is expected.,
