About the Role

Omni Logistics is looking for an experienced CargoWise Specialist to join our team and lead key initiatives in integration, automation, and global tariff configuration across our logistics systems. If you’re skilled in CargoWise One (CW1) and thrive in a fast-paced freight forwarding environment, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

🔹 Integrate and maintain third-party tools like Cargosphere and Cargoguide with CW1

🔹 Manage multimodal rate integrations and ongoing rate maintenance

🔹 Configure and support auto-rating/auto-costing for air and ocean freight

🔹 Train teams on tariff setups and automation workflows

🔹 Handle intercompany tariff and profit share agreements within CW1

🔹 Lead charge code standardization across global entities

🔹 Drive profit share automation across international branches

🔹 Optimize and unify tiered rating models across the system

What We’re Looking For

✅ 3+ years of hands-on CW1 experience

✅ Strong knowledge of freight forwarding systems (air & ocean)

✅ Expertise in rate contracts, tariffs, and charge code mapping

✅ Experience integrating platforms like Cargosphere, Cargoguide

✅ Skilled in logistics automation – auto-rating, auto-costing

✅ Familiarity with multi-entity system configuration

✅ Training or mentoring experience on CW1 is a plus

⭐ Experience in a global 3PL or freight forwarding company

⭐ Worked on profit share automation or CW1 standardization projects

⭐ Exposure to system migrations
