CargoWise Analyst (Remote)

Salary: ₹9 LPA

Location: Remote

Experience: 2+ Years

Education: Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and analyze data within the CargoWise platform.

Generate reports and troubleshoot system issues.

Provide support and training to users.

Collaborate with various departments to optimize processes and enhance system functionality.

Configure and troubleshoot modules such as Registry, EDI Message, Tag Rules, Workflow Templates, Buffer Management System, Visual Boards, Acceptability Bands, Customized Visual Layouts, and Security Groups.

Amend document templates as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong technical knowledge of CargoWise.

Experience in using, configuring, and troubleshooting various CargoWise modules.

Familiarity with modules supporting operators in Forwarding, Schedules, Customs, Workflow Creation, and Troubleshooting.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
