Job Description

Prepare and operate dialysis machines for patient treatment.
Assess and monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis.
Insert and manage vascular access (fistulas, catheters) under supervision.
Monitor vital signs and document patient responses.
Maintain infection control standards and follow safety protocols.
Clean, disinfect, and maintain equipment after each use.
Prepare dialysate solutions and ensure correct calibration.
Report abnormalities or emergencies to medical staff promptly.
Educate patients about the dialysis process and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate records of treatment and machine performance.

Requirements
Sound knowledge of dialysis procedures and protocols
Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
Proficiency in monitoring and recording vital signs
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care
Teamwork and coordination with nurses and nephrologists
