Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor and record patient vitals and perform daily rounds.
Carry out procedures as advised by physicians.
Administer medications and assist with medical procedures per physician instructions.
Support patients with daily living activities (feeding, bathing, mobility) for dependent individuals.
Maintain hygiene standards, infection control, and biomedical waste disposal protocols.
Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and mental health teams for integrated care.
Provide emotional support, promote patient dignity, recovery, and independence.
Maintain accurate nursing notes and patient documentation.
Respond to medical emergencies and administer first aid or basic life support when required.
Manage medical stock and consumables; monitor usage, update records, and alert for reordering.
