Job Description

Job Title: Caregiver

Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide individualized care and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a non-teaching department and will possess a strong passion for helping others. The Caregiver will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, monitoring client health and well-being, and providing companionship to those in need.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

- Help with meal planning and preparation

- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals

- Monitor and report changes in client health status

- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients

- Provide transportation to appointments and activities as needed

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best possible care for clients

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a non-teaching department

- Certification in CPR and First Aid

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Empathy and compassion for those in need

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
