Job Title-Quality

• 10- 15 Years of Experience in Manufacturing Industry

  , preferably in Tier 1 /2 who is having knowledge in

  stamping, structures and mechanism

  and working knowledge with

  Suzuki directly as Quality Head

• Excellent communication

  skills, Analytical skill & customer /supplier / Team management

  skill

Job Specific Comments:

1. Overall responsible for

   head of quality for Chakan Structures business segment

   and maintaining and improving the customer score green with quality assurance.

2. Responsible for all the Quality metric

   s of the plant including RPPM, IPPM, SPPM & COQP continuous improvements with CFT approach with operations team

3. Oversee all internal/external audit administration

   as it relates to quality, responsible for the execution of the product audit, process, and system audits according to specified requirements.
4. Work on

   cross-functional team through a PFMEA review

   and create/finalize the PFMEA & Contribute to

   preparation of control plans & PPAP

   & maintain product quality
5. Interpret standards,

   specifications, quality requirements, and quality planning

   for in-plant customer inspections & assure that the quality level of the finished product meets the customers expectations
6. Strong knowledge of quality systems including

   IATF16949

   & QS9000, ISO9001 &

   QMS.

7. Proven experience with complex data and

   problem analysis, root cause techniques

   , and solution & establish and maintain positive relationships with all team members, support departments, customer & suppliers to collaborate toward company objectives and goals
8. Able to read and interpret product and

   engineering drawings

   , Understand the

   customer specific requirements

   , Initiate

   R&R/MSA studies

   and able to interpret the results & Understand

   GD&T

   and be able to interpret

9. Training & developing the team

   working with him/her as successor & own the decision
10. Managing the datas and long years working experience in same company instead of frequent movement
