Key Responsibilities

• Engage Wealth/Privy customers through outbound calls

• Promote & cross-sell banking products cards, deposits, loans, etc.

• Achieve defined sales, service, and quality targets

• Deliver high-quality customer support and issue resolution

• Maintain compliance, process, and security standards

• 100% office-based (no fieldwork)
