Role & responsibilities:

15+ years
of corporate experience and large part of that with asset management firms

Strong experience leading business analysis and delivery function in asset management domain

Has cross asset class knowledge, including but not limited to Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, Alternatives, Private Equity and Private Debt.

Strong understanding of asset management processes, systems, & regulatory requirements

Strong experience with
Agile methodologies.
Experience scaling Agile ways of working across the function.
Strong people leadership to build a high performing team.
