Student Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Provide career and academic counselling to prospective students based on their interests, qualifications, and goals
• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
• Guide students and parents through the admissions process, including documentation and fee structures
• Maintain consistent follow-up with potential leads to ensure timely enrollment and conversion
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new students
• Maintain accurate and updated records of student interactions, feedback, and progress
• Participate in student outreach activities such as webinars, seminars, and educational events
• Offer basic emotional and academic support; escalate serious concerns to relevant departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a training institute, career development center, or educational consultancy
• Knowledge of current industry trends, academic programs, and vocational training opportunities
