Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mohali district for a Career Counselor. The Career Counselor will provide guidance and support to students aspiring to study abroad. Key responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, assisting with career and academic planning, guiding students through the application and visa processes, and offering advice on university and course selection. The Career Counselor will also facilitate workshops and seminars to support students' career development, manage student records, and ensure up-to-date information on overseas education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Career Counseling and Student Counseling skills
• Expertise in Career Development and Career Management
• Strong Communication skills
• Proven experience in educational counseling or consultancy
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations
• Proficiency in using counseling and career planning tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or related field
