You will review their personal and educational background to help them make informed decisions about their future job choices. Your role will involve guiding clients through various aptitude, personality, and related tests, analyzing their responses, and discussing the results with them. Based on your assessments, you will suggest career options that align with the client's strengths and interests. Additionally, you will provide insights on any skill gaps and assist in developing strategies to improve them. Another aspect of your job will be assisting clients in compiling and restructuring their resumes to enhance their job prospects.
