As a Career Counselor, you will undertake a full-time, on-site position in Kochi. Your primary responsibility will be to offer guidance and assistance to students in their career development and management journey. Your daily tasks will involve conducting personalized counseling sessions, aiding students in career planning, and providing them with resources and advice for career progression. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct workshops, create career-related materials, and support students in setting and attaining their career objectives. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Career Counseling and Student Counseling, along with a strong grasp of Career Development and Career Management practices. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as relevant experience in the education or counseling field. A Bachelors degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related discipline is required. You must also demonstrate the ability to work effectively with diverse student populations, as well as exhibit strong organizational and time management capabilities.,
