Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counsellor at The Gaudium, located in Hyderabad. The Career Counsellor will guide and support students in identifying their career goals while helping them discover and explore suitable educational and professional opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions, providing resources on career options, assisting in skill development, and collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure student success.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management
• Proficiency in Student Counseling and ability to guide individuals toward personalized career paths
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff
• Organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support diverse learners
• Degree or certification in Career Counseling, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in educational institutions or career guidance programs is an asset
