Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an English Facilitator/ HOD, located in Hyderabad. The English Facilitator/ HOD will be responsible for managing and leading the English department, developing and implementing curriculum and instructional strategies, and providing guidance and support to English faculty. The role also includes planning and conducting English language lessons, assessing student progress, and maintaining effective communication with students and parents. Additionally, the role involves organizing departmental meetings, professional development sessions, and contributing to school-wide initiatives and programs. Qualifications Strong background in English literature and language, including teaching and curriculum development Proven leadership skills with experience in managing a team of educators Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to assess and track student progress effectively Experience in developing and implementing instructional strategies Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes Experience in planning and conducting professional development sessions Master's degree in English, Education, or related field Experience in an educational leadership role is a plus
