We are looking for an experienced Career Counsellor who can guide students in choosing the right career path, courses, and colleges. The candidate should be confident, student-friendly, and result-oriented.  Key Responsibilities:Counsel students & parents regarding career options, courses, colleges, and entrance exams Understand student profiles and recommend suitable career paths Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online counselling sessions Maintain student records and follow up on leads Convert enquiries into admissions Stay updated with latest education trends, exams, and admission processes Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Career Counsellor / Academic Counsellor Strong communication skills (Hindi & English preferred) Good convincing and interpersonal skills Ability to handle students & parents confidently Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, Email) Target-oriented mindset Benefits: Fixed salary + Incentives Growth opportunities Friendly work environment Training & skill development
