Job Description

Manage daily healthcare operations in assisted living settings focused on elderly care.
Coordinate with nurses, pharmacists, and caregiving staff to support patient care activities.
Review, verify, and track prescriptions and medication dosages; ensure proper administration records.
Support and supervise medical documentation processes for the care team.
Handle pharmaceutical inventory management, including expiry tracking and reorder planning.
Prepare reports for audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews.
Collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans that address their unique requirements and goals.
Tracking patient progress, identifying any challenges or barriers to care, and making necessary adjustments to the care plan.
