Card Portfolio Growth Head

Drive portfolio profitability through optimal mix of customer segments, card variants, and pricing strategies

• Improve activation rates, first-spend success, usage frequency, and average spend per card
• Lead cross-sell, upgrade, limit enhancement, and co-branded card growth initiatives
• Analyze portfolio performance, cohort behavior, churn, and delinquency trends to optimize growth levers
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, risk, product, and operations teams for end-to-end portfolio management
• Ensure sustainable growth while maintaining portfolio quality, compliance, and risk thresholds
• Track growth KPIs, prepare MIS, and present insights to senior management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
