Carbon Credits Manager

**Job Description:** As a Manager in Carbon Markets at Reoxide, you will play a pivotal role in leading carbon project development and partnerships in South Asia. Your passion for climate action and expertise in navigating carbon markets, standards, and project lifecycles will contribute to scaling real climate impact across global markets. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive the development and execution of carbon reduction and removal projects in renewable energy, agriculture, and forestry sectors. - Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders such as developers, registries, verifiers, and regulators. - Oversee due diligence, validation, and verification processes for high-integrity carbon credit projects. - Lead and mentor a growing team of analysts and associates. - Manage the end-to-end process of carbon credit sales including project onboarding, verification, marketplace listing, buyer engagement, and credit retirement. **Qualifications:** - 5+ years of experience in carbon markets, environmental finance, or climate policy. - Strong network across carbon credit buyers, sellers, and standard bodies. - Deep knowledge of methodologies such as Verra, Gold Standard, and CDM, with experience in removal credit projects. - Strategic mindset with excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. - Experience in end-to-end management of the carbon credit selling process.
