Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Customer Development
· Identify new buyers in tyre, rubber goods, hoses, conveyor belts, plastics, and pigment sectors.
· Visit industries, collect requirements, and build a customer pipeline.
2. Product Promotion
· Explain carbon black grades, applications, and benefits to customers.
· Suggest suitable grades based on technical requirement
3. Sales Execution
· Prepare offers, negotiate prices, and finalize orders.
· Ensure order entry, dispatch follow-up, and on-time delivery.
· Coordinate with logistics and QC for documentation ( test report).
4. Customer Relationship Management
· Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
· Solve customer issues related to quality, delivery, or payment.
· Work on customer retention and repeat orders.
5. Market Knowledge
· Track competitors’ price, grade availability, and market trends.
· Gather information on customer consumption and upcoming projects.
6. Reporting & MIS
· Maintain daily visit reports, enquiry status, and sales forecast.
· Update CRM/Excel for leads, orders, and pending collections.
Skills Required
·CARBON BLACK CANDIDATE ( GRADUATION OR PG)
· Strong communication & negotiation
· Basic understanding of carbon black applications
· Knowledge of industrial sales
· Good command on Excel, email & documentation
