Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible SALES AND Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our detailing studio. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication , great in sales and upselling ,good customer dealing and leadership skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to manage a team while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and assist walk-in customers, providing detailed information about services.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and staff scheduling.
• Ensure smooth workflow from vehicle check-in to final delivery.
• Perform quality checks on all detailed vehicles before handover.
• Coordinate with the technical team to maintain service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the studio/workshop area.
• Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and resolve issues.
• Report daily updates and sales to the management team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operations/customer service/sales (automobile sector preferred).
• Strong sales, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to multitask.
• Basic knowledge of car detailing services (training will be provided).
• Leadership skills to manage a small team effectively.
• Good with follow-ups and maintaining customer records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
