Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries related to car sales, including price negotiation and financing options.
Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory management, and customer interactions.

Conduct test drives and follow-ups. Meet individual sales targets

Product Knowledge

Stay updated with product specifications, pricing, promotions, and competitor products.
Attend training sessions when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in automobile sales or a related field .
Strong knowledge of car sales processes, including pricing strategies and financing options.
Excellent customer handling skills with ability to build rapport quickly over phone calls or face-to-face meetings.
Achieve individual & dealership sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis.
