Job Overview:
Ring Road Skoda Gurugram is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Sales Consultant to build and maintain lasting relationships with our esteemed clients. As a key player in the sales and customer service team, the Relationship Manager will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring a smooth and seamless ownership experience, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:
• Drive sales by identifying new business opportunities and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and requirements.
• Provide detailed information about Skoda vehicles, features, promotions, and financial products to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
• Work closely with the sales team to follow up on leads and close deals effectively.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in car sales or customer relationship management, ideally in the automotive industry.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of managing relationships and resolving issues.
• Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and effectively close deals.
