Car Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Sales Consultant to join our dealership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, providing expert knowledge on available models, financing options, and after-sale services. This role demands excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options.
• Arrange test drives and follow up with customers post-visit.
• Negotiate pricing and terms in accordance with dealership policies.
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and submit it in a timely manner.
• Stay up to date with current inventory, promotions, and automotive trends.
• Maintain contact with past and potential customers to generate repeat and referral business.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per year
