Job Description: Car Sales Executive.

The Car Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling new or pre-owned vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, explaining product features, arranging test drives, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom or contacting through phone/email.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing or insurance options.
• Demonstrate vehicles and arrange test drives.
• Maintain knowledge of all current models, variants, offers, and competitor products.
• Prepare and process sales paperwork such as booking forms, invoices, finance documents, and delivery checklists.
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales and maintain long-term relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
• Maintain the showroom environment, ensuring vehicles are clean and properly displayed.
• Coordinate with the sales manager, finance team, and delivery staff for smooth operations.
• Participate in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and outdoor events.
• Keep records of customer interactions and sales using CRM tools.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
• Proven experience in automobile sales or related field is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends and products.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Valid driving licence is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
