Car parking manager

You will be joining ParkMate as a Car Parking Manager based in Delhi, India. In this full-time on-site role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of parking facilities. Your primary duties will include managing valet staff, coordinating customer vehicle pickups and drop-offs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be tasked with monitoring the real-time tracking system, managing parking space allocations, and promptly addressing any operational issues or customer concerns that may arise. To excel in this role, you should have experience in team management, operations, and customer service. Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with knowledge of real-time tracking systems and app-based service platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. While not mandatory, experience in the parking or automotive service industry would be beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
