Job Description

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building Identify and approach potential customers for business loan, car loan, and home loans. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Loan Advisory & Sales Understand customers’ financial needs and recommend the most suitable loan products. Explain loan terms, eligibility, interest rates, repayment plans, and documentation clearly. Cross-sell other financial products where applicable. Application & Documentation Collect, verify, and submit required documents (KYC, income proof, bank statements, etc.). Coordinate with back-office teams for loan processing. Target Achievement & Reporting Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets. Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and loan pipeline. Skills: Excellent communication & negotiation skills. Strong sales orientation and customer service mindset. Knowledge of loan products, credit policies, and financial documentation.
