Title: Car Driver / Ambulance Driver – Hospital

Location: UNITTAS Mulltispeciality Hospitals, Tambaram

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 18,000rs to 22,000rs

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Safely drive hospital vehicles for transporting doctors, staff, patients, or materials as required.
• Provide pickup and drop services for hospital management and medical professionals.
• Ensure patients’ comfort and safety during transfers to/from the hospital.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and regular servicing of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct routine checks of fuel, oil, water, battery, brakes, and tires.
• Ensure compliance with traffic rules and hospital protocols.
• Maintain a daily log of trips, kilometers, and fuel usage.
• Assist with loading and unloading medical supplies, equipment, or patient belongings.
• Provide on-call support during emergencies or urgent hospital requirements.

Requirements:

• Valid Driving License
• Minimum 2–5 years of professional driving experience (hospital/ambulance experience preferred).
• Good knowledge of city routes and traffic regulations.
• Ability to handle hospital-related emergency situations with patience and responsibility.
• Neat appearance and polite communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and during emergency calls.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and service-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in healthcare/hospital driving roles.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and vehicle troubleshooting.
