Captain

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Captain to lead and support our service team. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills to ensure a smooth dining experience and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations.
• Greet guests, take reservations, and ensure timely table turnover.
• Assign duties to service staff and ensure proper table setup and cleanliness.
• Provide training and support to service team members.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
• Address guest concerns or complaints professionally and effectively.
• Ensure adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for smooth service flow.
• Assist in inventory management and requisition of supplies.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in a hotel or restaurant.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and guest handling abilities.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
