About The Role We are looking for a highly experienced and solution-oriented Senior Java Developer to join our technology team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering robust, scalable backend systems and enterprise applications. This position requires a strong understanding of Java ecosystems and modern development practices, along with leadership in architectural decisions and mentoring junior team members. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications and microservices. Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, product owners, and UX designers. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Guide and mentor junior developers, encouraging continuous learning and growth. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and development sprints. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 6 to 10 years of experience in Java development with solid expertise in Core Java, Spring, and Spring Boot. Proven experience with RESTful API design and development. Strong knowledge of Hibernate/JPA and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle). Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and optimize complex systems.
