Job Description

Role Responsibilities

Manage capital expenditure for Instamart's new expansion and regular operations by coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
Negotiate rates and source equipment, racks, and MEP requirements, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
Conduct periodic quality checks on materials and equipment, collecting feedback to ensure alignment with operational standards.
Lead strategic sourcing projects, ensuring vendor compliance, cost-saving initiatives, and timely delivery of procured equipment.

Key Deliverables

Procure all required materials and equipment within budget and timelines, ensuring seamless delivery and installation.
Develop alternate vendor solutions and contribute to e-procurement initiatives to streamline sourcing processes.
Maintain thorough documentation of PR/POs and warranty trackers for future reference.
Ensure regular assessments and audits of vendors to ensure high-quality standards and service levels.
