CapCut Video Editor

Responsibilities (project-dependent):

• Edit head-talk videos, promos, and brand/social content as per brief.
• Cut, pace, structure, add basic captions/subtitles when required.
• Do

  basic color correction & audio leveling

  ; export in required aspect ratios (9:16, 16:9, 1:1).
• Follow brand style guides and file-naming/asset management.
• Collaborate with researchers/writers; take feedback and iterate fast.

Requirements:

• CapCut

  : solid hands-on skill (3–6+ months).
• Proven edits for

  YouTube

  (landscape) and

  Instagram Shorts/Reels

  (vertical).
• Strong fundamentals: pacing, cuts, story clarity, text/caption basics.

• Own laptop

  that runs CapCut smoothly.

• On-site, full-time

  in Indore (8 hours + 1 hour lunch).
• Bonus: Basic knowledge of

  Premiere Pro

  is a plus (not mandatory).

Compensation & Workplace:

• ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 / month

  , depending on experience & portfolio quality.
• On-site role (Indore).
• Performance-based increments over time.
