Job Description

Primary Responsibilities Develop comprehensive performance test strategies and plans that align with business goals Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide detailed reports with recommendations for improvement Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to integrate performance testing into the development lifecycle Maintain and enhance performance testing tools like Jmeter/Loadrunner etc and frameworks, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in performance testing and implement best practices Communicate performance testing results and insights to stakeholders, including senior management Required Qualifications Graduate degree or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience in performance testing and engineering, with a focus on JMeter. Any AI/ML based solutioning is additive advantage Hands on experience on Design, implement, and oversee performance tests using JMeter to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance Proficiency in JMeter/ Splunk/Git/ and other performance testing tools Proven solid leadership and team management skills Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Proven solid verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
