Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Capabilities Development Manager located in Kolhapur. The Capabilities Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing capability development programs, conducting training sessions, and utilizing analytical skills for process improvement. This role involves collaborating with various departments to address training needs and ensuring effective communication across teams.
