Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the hospital canteen
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly followed
  • Manage kitchen staff and duty schedules
  • Coordinate food preparation for patients, staff, and visitors
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and FSSAI norms
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of hospital food service standards
  • Good communication and team management skills
  • Ability to work in shifts
  • Prior experience in hospital or institutional catering is an added advantage

Salary:

As per industry standards (discussed during interview)

Location: Kannur

Qualification:

Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Canteen Management
